Long Span Girder Erection Procedure

Zieman Engineering performed structural analysis for approach girder erection for approximately 10,000 feet of bridge
with spans up to 350 feet, which is being erected without any falsework. Analysis was performed for girder assemblies
up to 3 girders wide and 420 feet long to determine strength, stability and deflections, and required jacking forces to
install crossframes between units.
